I may give it one more try in a few months but I think I’m good for now. We have stayed here many many times and always had a good experience but this time something felt off it felt like it was really going downhill. That is unacceptable I don’t want to stay in a room that had a pet in it I am allergic to dogs and cats and don’t need that hassle of coughing and itchy eyes. I asked if dogs have certain floors and rooms they can stay in and the answer is NO. Stopped at front desk to kindly let them know of my stay… the dog annoyed me the most. I think that’s when I finally said it was time to check out. Went back to room to shower no hot water at 2 in the afternoon… how does that happen? Noticed calcium buildup around sinks, hand prints all over the patio a shoe from previous guest under chair. Went to spa had the bed massage ever loved the spa. Slots treated us well though no big hits but enough to keep letting us play. Casino I couldn’t get a drink to save my life the night before or the next day. Next day food was good at claim jumpers service was good. All was good with dog the rest of the evening. They said they would call guest and security again after another 30 minutes it finally stopped by this time it was 1 am. 30 min more passed still dog barking my husband calmed down to front desk twice with no answer so he got dressed and went down to front desk. The said they would call security (what is security going to do?). After 30 minutes of dog running back and forth in room next to me barking I called front desk. I get it people love their dogs but bringing your dog and leaving it in a room alone to disturb other guests is not cool. Was shocked when I went to my room and could hear a dog barking.
